We are happy to offer four types of catering to fulfill all kinds of catering needs: 

Disposable Pickup Catering: Stop into Cali’s West and pick up your food items. Everything will be ready to go in disposable pans, platters, bowls, etc. We will provide disposable silverware, plates, napkins, and serving utensils*.

Disposable Drop Off Catering: Cali’s West personnel will deliver your food items to wherever you please.  Everything is delivered in disposable pans, platters, bowls, etc. We send disposable silverware, plates, and serving utensils*.  We will set up your food buffet for you.  This starts at a $15 Service Charge.

Drop/Pick Catering: Cali’s West personnel will deliver your food items to wherever you please! Any hot food is served in real food pans and set up in chaffers to keep items hot throughout your event. Cold items will be served on real platters, bowls, etc. All real serving utensils and disposable paper goods (plates, napkins, silverware) are included as well.  If you would prefer real china and flatware, this is an additional $1 per person charge.  We will do all set up and tear down/cleanup for the buffet. This starts at a $50 Service Charge. 

Full-Service Catering:  Cali’s West Staff will be on-site for the duration of the event.  Staff will be there to help with all set up/tear down of the Buffet(s) and Bar(s), maintaining the buffet, and bussing during the event. We also provide all real china plates and flatware for dinner service (lunch service is an additional $1 per person charge).  Any of our additional A La Carte Menu Items can also be provided.  This service automatically includes a 20% gratuity on top of the total amount of your bill.
